Turnaround

Most products are made to order and take 3-5 business days to ship
Special orders vary in time up to 2 weeks.

Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• UPS
• CDS

We reserve the right to use any carrier regardless of what is stated on the website.

Lost Packages

If you think your package was lost in transit, please contact us to resolve the issue. Please do not start a claim with the shipping company as it may prolong the claim process.

Order Tracking

Shipping carrier will email tracking # to the email you provide 


Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

International orders please contact us directly for shipping rates.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment unless it falls into a special order category.
